Return Policy

We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from CC Safety as we aim to offer you excellent quality, value and service at all times. You will receive an email with confirmation of order, together with a copy of the  Invoice marked Paid. This is your proof of payment and guarantee.

If you wish to return an item for exchange or no longer want the item, you must return the item within 7 days of receipt within the original packaging.

Returning Items

If you simply don't have any reason for the return refund might be subject to a £10% order value handling fee, but not more than £25.00.

Customers should arrange their own courier. You can use any service, we advise tracked ones works better as we can see where the parcel is at any time. Also, it's very helpful if you can ad a note with the order number on.

If you require us to arrange courier, we can do so at an additional cost of £8.95 + VAT per parcel for Mainland UK or £12.75 + VAT per parcel for Northern Ireland, Highlands, Channel & Offshore Islands.

After we have established that the item / items are unused and undamaged (no marks, no sign of usage, labels still intact), you will be refunded the entire sales price excluding the original cost of delivery and if applicable, the cost of the returns service and also it may be subject to a handling fee stated above in red.

Items returned without original product packaging or with packaging unusable will incur a charge of up to 10% of the value of the item  / items returned.

Items that have been used or damaged will not be accepted. If you receive an item that is damaged, you should note this with the courier and ourselves immediately on receipt.

Free Carriage

Where you have received free carriage, it is because we have subsidized the original cost of delivery to you and given you free delivery. In this case, the actual cost of delivery will be excluded from the refunded amount (see charges on our delivery page).

Exchanges

Where you wish to exchange an item for a different size or a similar product, an additional delivery charge may be applicable in order for us to deliver the new item to you (see charges on our delivery page).

Exclusions

Bespoke, specials, altered or personalized products are excluded from this Policy. (None refundable).

All sale and clearance items are non-refundable.

All Rescue Equipment, Safety P.P.E and Lifting Nets are non-refundable due to Safety reasons.
